TKM MOTORS Officially Establishes Operations in Dubai, UAE

Company legal representative Wanli Zhai has 16 years of experience in the automotive trade industry at Tianjin Port and has worked extensively across China's complete-vehicle export industry chain. Since 2021, he has been engaged in taking China-made automobiles overseas, drawing on Tianjin Port resources to develop practical experience in exporting China-made vehicles; in 2024, he began planning preparations for an overseas entity, laying the foundation for expansion into the Middle East market. In early 2025, with the help of channels provided by local industry peers in Dubai, he tested the business of exporting vehicles to the UAE in large volumes, gradually opening access to the local market. At the end of 2025, work began on the various procedures to register a local company in Dubai. After multiple rounds of advancing the process, the TKM MOTORS Dubai company was finally formally established in May 2026.

To date, TKM MOTORS has completed the export of approximately 200 China-made vehicles to the UAE market. Because of the impact of war caused by geopolitical conflict, international shipping capacity is tight, and the company is facing the dual practical challenges of insufficient capacity and obstructed capital turnover.

Based on Dubai's advantageous port location and mature local automobile consumer market, the company remains optimistic over the long term about the UAE's port-trade opportunities and the development potential of its domestic automobile market. Constrained by current shipping-capacity conditions, TKM MOTORS has set its 2026 annual export target at 2,000 vehicles and will steadily advance the expansion of its business across the Middle East.
